The Alfa Laval PureSOx is a hybrid-ready scrubber system that enables ships to comply with IMO 2020 sulphur regulations while continuing to run on cost-effective HFO.

System Configurations

• Open Loop: Seawater scrubbing for ocean voyages
• Closed Loop: Freshwater with NaOH for ECAs and ports
• Hybrid: Automatic switching based on location
